10、 Machine tool acceptance | |||||
10.1 Acceptance Criteria and Requirements | |||||
(1). Within 10 days after the contract takes effect, the buyer shall provide the supplier with acceptance drawings signed and confirmed by the buyer. | |||||
(2). The supplier shall notify the purchaser of the pre acceptance time fifteen days before the pre acceptance. | |||||
(3). The parts used for pre acceptance shall be provided by the supplier with 60 pieces/types of parts that meet the process requirements one month before the pre acceptance. Among them, 10 pieces are used for debugging machine tools, and the remaining 50 pieces are used for pre acceptance. After the pre acceptance of all parts is completed, they shall be returned to the supplier. | |||||
10.2 Pre acceptance The purchaser shall send personnel to the supplier's factory for pre acceptance, as follows: | |||||
(1). The appearance of the machine tool is rust free, without any leakage, safe and reliable, arranged reasonably and neatly, and easy to operate and maintain. | |||||
(2). The machine tool is rigid and reliable, operates normally, and meets the requirements of this technical agreement. The performance, functionality, and machining accuracy of the machine tool should be tested to meet the requirements of the technical agreement. After the machine tool runs continuously for 2 hours without any faults, the trial cutting process can be carried out. | |||||
(3). Continuously processing 50 pieces (excluding tool wear affecting accuracy), with a machine tool operating rate of 100%, and meeting the requirements of the technical agreement and acceptance product drawings. | |||||
(4). After the pre acceptance is qualified and the representatives of both parties sign the "Pre Acceptance Minutes", the supplier can ship the machine tool according to the requirements of the "Machine Tool Purchase Contract". | |||||
10.3 Final acceptance Installation, debugging, and final acceptance shall be carried out at the purchaser's factory. The purchaser shall promptly notify the machine tool and accessories upon receipt | |||||
(1). The supplier shall dispatch personnel to assist in installation and debugging, provide support, offer convenient conditions, and ensure the completeness of the attachments. If the installation cannot be carried out due to the buyer's factory location or other issues, it shall be deemed as final acceptance after one month from the date of manufacture. | |||||
(2). Check if the random attachments and technical documents are complete. | |||||
(3). The purchaser should prepare the conditions for the use of the machine tool, such as power supply, oil, and foundation. | |||||
(4). The purchaser shall prepare qualified acceptance parts and measuring tools required for inspection. | |||||
(5). The machine tool runs for 2 hours without any faults and meets the factory requirements for static accuracy before trial cutting. | |||||
(6). Continuously process 100 pieces (excluding tool wear affecting accuracy), with a machine tool operating rate of 100%. | |||||
(7). After the final acceptance is qualified, representatives from both parties shall sign the final acceptance report, with each party holding one copy. | |||||
11、 Other matters | |||||
(1). The machine tool shall not have any electric leakage, water leakage, or oil leakage. | |||||
(2). Machine tool sheet metal should be neat and smooth. | |||||
(3). The paint should be uniform and aesthetically pleasing. | |||||
(4). Other unspecified matters shall be in accordance with the general technical requirements of the machine tool, or a supplementary agreement shall be reached through consultation between both parties. | |||||
This agreement, as an attachment to the contract, shall come into effect upon the signature of both the supply and demand parties. | |||||
(5). The supplier shall provide the purchaser with a set of drawings for vulnerable parts of the machine tool; A set of machine tool user manuals. One set of cutting tools required for product acceptance | |||||
(6). The warranty period for the machine tool is one year. During the warranty period, if the machine tool malfunctions and receives a message, the supplier shall respond by phone within 15 minutes. If the phone cannot solve the problem, the supplier shall arrive at the buyer's site within 48 hours after receiving notification from the buyer for repair. After the warranty period expires, the supplier has the obligation to provide repairs, but will charge for the repair costs. |
